What started as a food truck has grown into a neighborhood spot built around quality ingredients, smash burgers cooked in tallow, scratch-made breakfast, and drinks worth sticking around for.

Our smash burgers are what put Tin & Tallow on the map. Thin patties cooked in rich, flavorful tallow, crispy edges, melty cheese, and thoughtfully chosen toppings—simple, bold, and satisfying. Served alongside waffle fries (plain or truffle Parmesan), fried chicken sandwiches, and rotating specials, our lunch and dinner menu is built for comfort without cutting corners.
